2. Definitions

• Buyer: Any individual who has registered on the website or a business entity that purchases products or uses any services through the Platform.
• Seller: Any registered business, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or service provider offering goods or services through the Platform.
• Lead: A business inquiry, prospect interaction or commercial opportunity generated through the Platform.
• User: Any Buyer, Seller, or authorised representative using the Platform.
• Content: All data, listings, leads, pricing, images of the products, documents, trademarks, and materials uploaded or displayed on the Platform.
• Agreement:  Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, guidelines, or documents referenced herein, as amended from time to time.
• Company: means Get Lead Point, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office in, including its owners, partners and authorised representatives.
• Date of Commencement: Indicates the date of acceptance of the application by the user of the service. It shall be specified by the company.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

4.2 Under no circumstances shall Get Lead Point be held responsible for any dispute or damage.  Users are solely responsible for any agreement, communication, or transaction conducted between buyers and Sellers at their own risk.

5. Listings, Leads, and Seller Obligations

5.1 When you are selling on our platform, you agree that you are responsible for everything you list, including accuracy, legality, pricing, availability, and compliance with our services.

5.2 Sellers must ensure that all products and services comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and intellectual property regulations.

5.3 Leads generated through Get Lead Point are provided on a best‑effort basis. The Company does not guarantee conversion, accuracy, or commercial outcome of any lead.

5.4 Misuse, resale, scraping, or unauthorised sharing of leads is strictly prohibited.

6. Orders, Payments, and Fees

6.1 All applicable charges, including pricing, payment terms, subscriptions, commissions, or lead fees, shall be governed by the pricing structure defined on the Platform or within a separate agreement.

6.2 Your payment security is our priority, and all Payments are only handled via encrypted and secure gateways. Get Lead Point serves as an intermediary for the transfer of funds but is not responsible for the goods or services exchanged.

6.3 Timely payment is required to ensure uninterrupted services. Failure to settle outstanding balances by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfilment

7.1 Seller shall bear all the responsibility for shipping, delivery timelines, warranties, and risk transfer until the goods are delivered to the buyer unless otherwise mutually agreed.

7.2 Get Lead Point acts as an authorised platform, and does not store, ship, inspect, or guarantee the quality of goods or services sold by third parties.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Disputes

8.1 Each seller has their own return and refund policies. To ensure a smooth experience, one must review the terms, which are clearly listed on every product page.

8.2 Get Lead Point may offer assistance with disputes, but cannot promise guaranteed resolution outcomes.

8.3 To maintain a positive experience for all users, accounts that frequently violate our policies may result in account restriction or termination.

10. Data Protection and Confidentiality

10.1 Users agree to use business information and leads solely for legitimate commercial purposes.

10.2 Personal and business data shall be handled in accordance with the Get Lead Point Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Get Lead Point may suspend or terminate this agreement and block your accounts if we suspect a violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12.2 The termination or expiration of this agreement for any reason does not affect obligations arising before the time of termination.

13. Arbitration Clause for Disputes

If any kind of dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of the indemnity clause of the agreement, the Sole Arbitrator will make the final decision, who will be nominated by the director of the Company. The sole arbitrator appointed by the director shall be a practising advocate for a minimum period of 5 years or a retired judge. The disputes shall be raised by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including any statutory amendments or re-enactments thereof in force at the time of the dispute. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final, binding and reasoned and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction in India.

All copyrights, title, and interest in and to the Get Lead Point platform, including but not limited to its website, mobile applications, software, source code, databases, design elements, layout, user interface, trade dress, trademarks, service marks, logos, brand features, domain names, text, graphics, images, audio, video, business processes, and proprietary technology, shall remain the exclusive property of Get Lead Point and/or its licensors Using our services does not give you any ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access.

 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms.  .  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Lead Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including any loss, loss of data or business opportunities, even if the possibility of such damages is shared.

. Get Lead Point acts as an intermediary platform and assumes no responsibility for the acts, omissions, defaults, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party service providers, buyers, logistics partners, or payment gateways engaged through the platform.
